Annual Maintenance Plan provides a TRUE flat rate managed service program including unlimited maintenance, support, and 24/7 remote monitoring. Unlike most companies, YNOTU Designs does NOT cap our clients on the amount of support they receive each month. We want to be regarded as your IT partner, not just another vendor.
Our clients also receive EMAIL SUPPORT, Annual IT review, check out backup status, spam and virus status, and many other features.
